Delivery Information

For hotel customers

If you are a hotel customer purchasing mattresses from MATR, delivery will take 8 to 12 weeks upon a signed order confirmation. Delivery charges are agreed on an individual basis.

For private customers

If you are a private customer in Austria, delivery takes between 4 – 16 weeks upon ordering. Shipping costs will be added to your order. The amount depends on your location.

If you are a private customer outside of Austria, delivery times and shipping costs will be confirmed directly with you upon ordering.
