Inara Suites: A hotel pioneering the circular economy
Share
The hotel industry is facing a major challenge: how can accommodation be made more sustainable without compromising on quality and guest experience? The Inara Suites at Seehotel Wiesler show that this is possible. A pioneering concept has been created here that is based entirely on the circular economy and sets new standards for sustainable hotels.

Sustainable construction & materials
Sustainability begins with the architecture. The Inara Suites were designed with environmentally friendly, recyclable materials such as wood from the Black Forest. The product selection focused on five key areas: material health, circularity, decarbonization, social standards, and biodiversity. Each room is individually and tailor-made, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also underscores the hotel's regional ties.
The special feature: Modular design - materials can be easily reused or recycled during renovations.

Healthy indoor air & energy efficiency
Good sleep begins with a healthy environment. That's why Inara Suites only uses products tested for harmful substances. Inara Suites relies on an innovative energy concept and smart indoor air monitoring to ensure fresh air and minimal environmental impact. The freeAir ventilation system from bluMartin ensures a pleasant indoor climate and contributes to achieving climate targets in the building sector.
Among other things: Optimized heat regulation reduces energy consumption throughout the building. The result? A hotel that implements sustainability holistically - from indoor air quality to sleeping comfort.

Collaboration with sustainable pioneers
A circular hotel needs strong partners! At MATR, we are proud to work with Inara Suites to help them provide their guests with a sustainable, high-quality sleep solution. Our MATR mattresses are made from high-quality, recyclable materials and can be taken back and recycled at the end of their lifecycle. MATR is also the first mattress manufacturer to integrate into the EU Taxonomy, which is the basis for assessing whether an economic activity is sustainable.
What this means: No mattress waste - 100% circular use and partnerships with sustainable suppliers to minimize the ecological footprint.
The Inara Suites prove that sustainable hospitality is already feasible today. Guests can enjoy an eco-friendly stay that harmoniously combines comfort and sustainability.
The hotel opens on April 8th! Stay tuned and follow Seehotel Wiesler to be the first to learn more about the Inara Suites.
